  Each coaching program is customized to the client’s goals, needs, and challenges so they can create a bigger impact with their business and lives. Business or Life/Transformational coaching programs focus on the strategy, support, breakthroughs, and outcomes necessary to create the business, financial and personal progress desired.  

A professional, diverse group that meets twice a month (virtually or live). Participants enjoy having an objective sounding board to brainstorm, grow their business, share concerns and resolve issues in a confidential, highly effective format.  Topics and material shared encourages new ways to think and do business while creating and practicing habits that produce results.  

The Soul On Fire Retreats are held multiple times each year on current and relevant topics to support personal and professional growth. Private Retreats are also available for leadership teams, organizations and groups, and are customized based on client needs.   SPS Coaching hosts public workshops, along with tailoring training and development workshops for companies and organizations.  The SPS Coaching Community at these Retreats and Workshops is amazing, creating  tons of terrific conversations and connections.  

 The Desire Map Program is so soulful and practical.  The program is for clarifying what you truly want in every area of your life and using that powerful awareness to guide your choices from now on.   You will explore and identify your most desired feelings (a GPS for your soul) in Lifestyle + Livelihood, Creativity + Learning, Body + Wellness, Relationships + Society, and Essence + Spirituality; and you will learn to create Goals With Soul and design a life that feels good.  

This program is about saying yes to your genius and to stop doing all of the things that are getting in the way of your fully wanting what you want and going for it.  The work will create inspiring changes in your life. We will burn up some perceptions about “success” and redefine it for YOU.  The material and exercises exist to help us be our true selves and be strategic with our desires.  It’s time to expand your consciousness, declare your superpowers, and shine!

  This workshop helps people recognize and combat bias in the workplace, and gives participants the tools to address gender bias head-on. The series highlights fifty specific examples of gender bias in the workplace, brings people together to have real conversations about specific everyday examples of bias, and offers research-backed recommendations for what to do.  

 These half, full, or multi-day programs are powerful personal or business breakthrough sessions.  They are tailored to your goals, so if you need to be laser focused on a specific challenge, we can create strategy, clarity, and outcomes around that.  These sessions are based upon your needs, and are typically monthly, quarterly or bi-annual.  They can be used to build customized project or business plans.  These short, devoted sessions help clients get into action and create massive results.
